Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages). On each visit Cloudflare processes technically necessary data (IP address, browser data, request time) to deliver the site securely — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (DPA) is in place with Cloudflare.

Contact by e-mail

If you write to me, I process the submitted data (e-mail address, message content) solely to answer your inquiry and, if applicable, prepare a proposal — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). E-mail is handled by a European provider (OVH).

AI widget ("Ask my website")

Questions submitted to the widget are processed by AI models running on Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers AI) solely to generate an answer. Question content is not stored by this website and not used to train models.

Please do not include personal data or confidential company information in your questions.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies and no tracking tools. Any visitor analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) works without cookies and without user profiling.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — the competent authority for the controller is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA, Ansbach).
